These Terms and Conditions apply to the subscription service offered for the price of £29 per month.

Payment of such fee by the User to The services provided constitute acceptance by the User of these terms and conditions
4. The User , by joining the service, warrants that you are not breaking and legislation or law in the coutry in which you see the information, the user also agrees that the user also agrees they are not in breach of any legislation by age limits or otherwise.
5. All information supplied is strictly confidential and is for the sole use of customer registered with us who is responsible for paying for, subscribing to, or receiving the service in question. You agree to use the information solely and not divulge any of the information provided to any 3rd party in any way; including, but not limited to verbal, written or electronic distribution of the information supplied.

7. The service operators shall not be liable to any User in respect of loss of opportunity or otherwise in the event of Users betting accounts being closed by any person firm or company
8. We are not responsible for any errors occurred by PayPal, By using PayPal you agree to their terms and conditions.

The Service Operator is not liable for any losses arising from the use by the User of any links from the website or for any losses arising from the reliance by the User on any advertising contained or referred to on the website. We are not responsible for the content of any link you may find to an external website.

10. The Service Operator may cancel the User’s membership without notice. A Full month payment will be refunded in this case.
11.. If the User wishes to cancel their membership, under very exceptional circumstances refunds of purchased days will be considered.

There are no Premium Rated SMS messages used in this service , all sms are free to receive as long as you are in the UK – If moving or operating from abroad you must inform us of this as it may cost us, and you extra to receive the message. If you are found to be subscribing from abroad and requesting sms messaging you must inform us first otherwise we reserve the right to not send the sms however we can send by e-mail.
13. This agreement shall be governed by English Law
